I think you should have an individual phone line for your office here I think it's very difficult to get through when it has to go through another office far away but your staff is very nice and your doctor is fantastic the only problem was it that when I ordered the Orthotics it took four and a half weeks to get it and I've had other experiences that it only took two two and a half and I was really needing them sooner cuz my feet were really bad but the quality of my orthotics are fantastic so all-in-all I would give you a score of 8 + and I would definitely recommend you

Dr. Franson is warm and friendly without being sentimental; he took his time reading my MRI film and discovered an additional injury, and was able to calmly explain it and the surgery required to repair it. He spoke to me just before the surgery and then called me at home later that night to make sure I was ok. Two acquaintances spoke very highly about Dr. Franson and I understand why.

I went to several podiatrist before I found Dr Franson. I’m very picky about drs and by far he is one of the best! He takes the time to really figure out what’s going on and then makes a strategy to fix it. The people in his office are very personable and get to know each patient. Would highly recommend this practice!!

Everyone at the Valencia location was awesome!! My concern is that I don’t think the credit card authorization form I completed was not handed in a secure manner as there was fraudulent activity on this account shortly after my visits, and the only time I’ve used this card in the last 4 months was for these visits

Dr Franson is a phenomenal surgeon - and even more importantly, a truly good person. A great man who is great because his compassion is not worn on his sleeves but demonstrated in his natural kindness and humanity.

Staff at UFAI/Valencia is similarly kind and thoughtful. A wonderful practice.

Dr. Franson is a surgical genius. I have never had to wait long. They know how to bill insurance properly, and they have an on-site MRI that doesn't cost me hundreds of dollars after insurance! The staff is amazing. The offices are clean and welcoming and smell fresh but not "medicinal". I cannot say enough about them. They are exceptional. Very highly recommended.

This is my second surgery with Dr Franson. I drive five hours to see him. Absolutely worth it. I’ve given UAFI’s contact info to everyone I know who’ve ever complained about so much as sore feet.
