I felt confident and comfortable moving forward with my chosen procedure. During my consult with Dr. Fransen, he explained all the possible options for my condition. Together we made the decision that best suited my needs. He and his staff explained everything and both called to check on me after my surgery. They very much care for their patients. I really like the office as well. It is very clean, welcoming, and the staff is always polite.

I had no reference for comparison but they seemed like they cared. Everything was done so quick and wasn’t kept waiting. Pretty much right to the point. I would have liked a little more knowledge about my feet and ankles that I could not conduce myself. Regardless my insoles seem to be working as best as could be, having said that I’m on my feet a minimum of 12 hours a day so they can only do so much. Having said all that I can feel a difference while wearing them and I feel it’s helping my posture.

Great doctor! One time I got the real run around with the staff, but the rest of the time they were super helpful. Thee was one woman at the front office that was particularly helpful, but I'm sorry I don't remember her name.

I love the care I receive, I was disappointed however in that my insurance was ending at the end of September, and I requested numerous times that my new custom orthotics be submitted to my insurance before the end of the month, and they were not submitted until the 3rd or so of October. They were denied. I had already paid my deposit and now won't have my orthotics... Otherwise, I love the care I receive at your office. Valerie McDermott
