I was very nervous going in and concerned over a black toenail but Dr. Franson was excellent. He explained what caused the black toenail as well as thickening nails on big toes. Not only did he tell me how to prevent both but even gave me a name of a shoe that has a wide tie which I need. The staff were also helpful and polite. I would highly recommend University Foot and Ankle Institute.

Kind professional staff. Also want to say, that the pre-visit paperwork was minimal. So many medical offices have you fill out paperwork that is not relevant. Not the case here.
