The Dr & staff experience was great. Your phone system is absolutely horrible; you have to be loosing customers. This is not the place to be trying to save money. As a former business owner, I would fire/replace whoever in upper management that is making communication decisions.

I always have a great experience when I come there.
The only thing I’m having problem with is getting the bone stimulator for my foot fracture. They’ve been trying since July 8 and here we are at August 8 and still nothing.

The back office staff is also well organized, very friendly and very professional. They answer all questions and work hard to make the patient comfortable.

Dr. Justin Franson absolutely rocks! Phenomenal doctor with tons of experience. He's always professional, amicable, patient and takes the time to answer all questions. He cured my chronic Plantar Fasciitis without surgery using shock wave therapy and now I have my life back! Even though I'm moving out of state, I'll continue to come back to be treated by Dr. Franson at the University Foot & Ankle Institute.

It's been great overall. Dr Jafari really cares and is super knowledgeable. I am getting better and better and I'm so happy. The office staff is friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Jafari specifically to anyone needing help in this area.

The only negative is not being able call the office. Very frustrating having to go through a call center just to get no answers. I had to actually drive to the office to get answers. Not convenient. Everyone at the office was great! But you need to revamp the way you handle patient calls

I like that I can get an appointment within a reasonable time. This office is professional, wait times are almost non existent. Everyone is great and helpful.
My experience has been fantastic and I have to say that this office should be an example for other offices. UCLA should visit to see how professionals do it!!

I specifically purchased the recommended walking shoes; they hurt my feet in places. The OTC orthotics make my feet hurt more when I am wearing them than when not wearing them. I’m not sure what to do next.
