Receptionist said I didn’t have an appointment when I got there. Said she couldn’t work me in for 1 hour. I live 1 hour away. It was a 10 minute recheck. And I did have an appointment it was on there portal. Plus when I asked the name of the portal so I could check no one in the front desk area knew anything about what is was talking about. They did take me waited about 45 minutes.

Amazing experience! Beautiful office and great people who run the practice. Dr Franson was very thorough and informative. He spent a lot if time with me explaining my foot issue while showing me my x-rays. I look forward to being back on my feet again after surgery. No doubt I'm in good hands!

The staff has always been very friendly and caring and always are sure that any special needs due to my mobility difficulties are met and that I am comfortable in their office. Dr. Franson is always listens to what my complaint is and considers all options and discusses my condition with me extensively. He is interested in how my injury occurred and how best to treat my condition now and in the future. I am very satisfied with Dr. Franson as my doctor and with his staff. I do not hesitate to recommend him to my friends who are in need of a good podiatrist.

I came in for a second opinion and was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in.

The front staff, the nurse, the z-ray tech, and Dr. Franson were amazing and above my expectations. The doctor was very thorough and showed me my x-rays and explained to me what was going on. I left their feeling very confident knowing that Dr. Franson will fix my situation so I can get back to being active again!

The visit went fairly quick. I came in knowing I had a broken toe so not much was done or said that I didn’t know already from urgent care. They advised me to see a podiatrist for follow up. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful setting up a second appointment.

I couldn’t have found a better place , doctor , or staff, to take care of my poor foot!! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and caring. I am so happy to see the results, which I am sure are exactly what I wanted. Many thanks !!!

Dr Franson is unbelievably professional, caring, thorough, and really takes the time to consider every possibility that might help his patients. I have seen many, many doctors in my lifetime because of chronic health issues, and he stands out as one of the very best. His staff is wonderful also, including the front desk and the nurses working with the Dr. I really can’t say enough positive things to describe this office.

Bunion surgery with Dr Franson yesterday, it went great! He was so clear on what the surgery entailed and was so kind and caring about my concerns ! He made sure my pain was gonna be minimal and that he was available if I needed him! Just an all around great Dr. ! Thank you Dr Franson!
