My only objection is the billing process. Seems very mixed up at times. A person called me a couple of times and pretty much demanded that I put my balance on my credit card. Then was billed for services that had already been paid by insurance co. Too much to enumerate here. Suffice it to say that it is difficult to speak to someone or get a bottom line with the billing.
But I love all the staff. They make me feel valued and welcome.

Just a comment to Dr. Franson. My big toe problem is still kind of a puzzle, but much better. I have such very bad hip pain recently that I saw a hip surgeon (Dr. Hernandez - SCOI) last Friday. He took x-rays, made it clear that I do not need hip surgery, and indicated that this hip problem is because I have been walking on the outside of my right foot. (When I told him of my recent three problems in the right foot, he said, "That is the first thing you have said that makes any sense!") He is a nice guy -- he was kind of teasing me. I was pretty uptight -- I think he was trying to get me to relax a bit. I have bursitis in that hip. He gave me a cortisone shot for that and I have been trying to walk flat footed on my right foot since. Much, much improvement.
We just arrived at our lake house in Oregon a bit ago and will be here for two weeks. As soon as I get home, I have a follow up appt to see you. Am very interested in the cushiony orthotics that you suggested. Would like to get those started. I think they might help my hip problems too.
Love your office, staff, and the help you have given me. So very very appreciative.

I don't understand why you are no longer sending invoices. And even if I pay at the time of service (for a recurring thing - so I know what the charges will be), why can I not get a receipt at the time? This makes things very difficult for me, when I need to turn in receipts to my HSA. I have to remember to ask for one, the person has to remember to provide one (once the charges are in the system), and it's just a hassle. I just don't get it.

The staff, physical therapists and Dr.Fransen are professional, friendly and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your feet. Dr. Fransen has also taken great care of my kids feet issues over the years. My kids think he is the best!!!!
