    The office staff in the office is great the billong department however because it's done by somebody not in the office over the last several years I have no idea what they're doing but my bill is not coming out correctly and it had nothing but problems of the billing department

    While I have always thought the doctor care is wonderful. I am very frustrated with the fact that I cannot speak directly to the Valencia office. I don't like being routed to a message center. That is something that I think you need to re-consider. Thank you.
