Dr. Baravarian seemed nice and was knowledgeable but I only spent 10 minutes with him so it's a little soon to ask me for a rating.
They were supposed to make insoles for me but I haven't heard back from them as of yet. They said 2 weeks Maybe they forgot? I don't know.
As far as office staff. Honestly I wasn't happy!
My debit card got lost in that office and by the time I limped back to my truck (around the block because no parking) and realized I didn't have the card, the lady was gone. They found it the next day after we shut the card off. Huge inconvenience and I was pissed off! However the lady I talked to on the phone at a separate office was very nice and tried to help me re: the debit card. She was apologetic but she wasn't the lady in the office that took my info.
Lesson learned! I'll never walk away from my card/license/ins card again at any Dr office window.
Hopefully you keep this confidential so I'll be comfortable to come back without backlash.

I thought the front staff was incredible- kind and quick. I appreciated how safe the office was in consideration to covid. Everyone communicated clearly. And the doctor was great. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me reasonable options from the less aggressive to the very aggressive.
Overall I was happy with my entire experience.

It seems like the front desk people are working on a lot of other things besides being attentive to patients. I get it, but you cant do billing and be attentive to patients. A biller should be given their own office.

The place is clean and is practicing social distancing. They're also very accommodating to my son who has special needs. The doctor was very nice, friendly and because of COVID, he made sure to help us get service the most efficient way. Will definitely recommend this place.

Overall was great!

I thought my time with Dr B was a little rushed but his team made up for the minimal time with him. Beverly Hills Surgical Center team was excellent also!

I have confidence in Dr. B to do my procedure correctly, and to be ethical in recommending treatments. Overall was great (just expensive)!

I am pleased with the care from Dr. Baravarian and the assistants who dealt with the orthotics. Overall, the experience was positive. However, receptionist is kind of grumpy, and after the first visit did not follow through to comply with my request that she send me a walkout statement.

All I can say about this place is, you will see miracles with your own eyes. I went to their office in Sherman Oaks and I had a pleasure to meet Dr Gina, who is absolutely an angel. She has heart for her patients and cares about them. Super positive attitude which makes your pain go away in the first visit. Very knowledgeable and most importantly she understands you. Thank you so much for everything you have done Dr. Highly recommended
