The doctor was great. However, I had a question about the doctor’s instructions after I got home. Calling the office was a disaster. I was transferred to call center after call center. The office never answered. Even tho I was just there and the office was there. The did not answer. The call center took a message. I got a call 4 days later. I probably would not go back again just because I think it’s important for the office to answer there phones and not sub out to a call center.

The clinic is very clean, organized, and well equipped . The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I was lucky to be attended to by Dr. Hoda Naei, a very knowledgeable and professional physician. Dr. Naei adds value to the clinic. Thanks for all your assistance.

My experience with UFAI was hit & miss. Some staff peeps were kind and helpful, others were not experienced in the medical field. (i.e., one female tech thought DME was a company & she didn’t know it stood for “durable medical equipment!” I was stunned to say the least.

A male ‘fellow’ who was on call during the 1st weekend was dismissive and talked over me. When I came into the office, he turned to a female ‘fellow’ and said: “ I had to take care of your mess this morning .”

I did call him and when he finally called called back 2 days later, I told him his behavior was abhorrent. He did apologize, but explained it was just banter between him and the other ‘fellow’.

Nonetheless, I’ve been a patient well over 15 yrs., and will continue to be a patient. But hopefully without any
more surgeries.

My humble advice is hire competent and caring people. UFAI is in the medical service industry.

My recent appt on Thurs., Sept. 19 was a miscommunication somehow. I was down for a recheck and I thought I was having my new orthotics fitted. I am not sure how that happened but I will need to come back again. The whole staff is great and I know that mistakes happen. I am happy to recommend Dr. Frandson and the office.
