Your personnel are very caring and considerate and put me at ease. The only problem I have is the long waits when I arrive and in the room before the person does their work on me. I think that's standard in every Drs office I visit!!

Dr Johnson is a doctor who cares about his patients. I felt like he was readily available to answer my questions, answered them clearly and listened carefully. I appreciated his follow-up calls to check in on how I was doing with my recovery.

I was very pleased with the service and care provided by UFAI. From the front desk to the Xray, to the actual visit with the doctor, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend your office to anyone in need of the services you offer.

Dr. Nalbandian has been excellent. She has provided clear explanations of all treatments and the results. She has also been very accessible to answer any other questions that have come up along the way.

The office visit was efficient & effective. I was taken back to the exam room with a couple of minutes of arriving and Dr. Kelman arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed my medical condition and provided a remedy.

Hi. I was sent a notice saying I qualified for new orthotics. I made an appointment, came in, paid the co-pay, then was told, oh, we didn't realize you changed insurance. That was very painful and could have been avoided. Not cool.

He is so trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, caring and extremely professional!! I went to 3 different foot doctors, each recommended by friends but I didn’t feel they were the right doctors for me, too much doom and gloom comments.
Dr. Jafary gave me hope at the first appointment and I just trusted him. I knew I would be in great hands, so I agreed to his recommendations!! My heel surgery went smoothly and to this day I am back to normal!! I have already recommended him to a few friends and both said they too were so pleased!! A female MD came in, and said she was a Fellow and Dr. Briskin was just outside, then picked up a cutting tool. I stopped her and asked what she was doing, as I was waiting for Dr. B. She said, "I AM A DOCTOR"!!! and walked out. Obviously, she was very insecure, and I had no notice that Dr. B would have her replacing him. I would not have minded if she were to observe, but her attitude was rude and dismissive. And she left.
Dr. B is always courteous and to the point. I did not report the issue, but since I have the opportunity, I am glad to report it.

From the moment my Primary doctor referred you to me for a foot injury (2 broken toes). The initial call, scheduled appointment, X-ray, doctors consultation and diagnosis, nurse fitting my foot with a boot, and finally scheduling a follow up appointment… Everything went smooth and seamlessly in a timely manner. All the personnel, nurses and doctor were professional, knowledgeable and pleasantly friendly. I so appreciate the wonderful service I received!
