The online symptom reporting software doesn’t work. Ever time I log in, whether by email or text message, freezes after the page indicating if my injury is on the left or right foot. I get a spinning icon and nothing appears thereafter.

The front desk girls have been incredible and helpful! I have been told multiple times that an assistant of the doctor would call me when I had questions…and never received a phone call from the assistant.. This is moot by now, but, fwiw: In my first appointment, the waiting room was packed, with a long line to the front desk. At that point, masks were still required, but there were people in this long line who were not masked. It took 15-20 minutes at least to get to the front of the line, when masks were offered. It didn't feel safe, and I would have appreciated a way to mask people earlier, or not have the whole line crowded like sardines.
