I think more time with doctor was needed. I do not need multiple examinations by 4 different people. He suggested a CBD ointment, which I had, just needed to search for the tube. I found it last week, and it was definitely a difference maker.

My dr was very good and caused me little discomfort during procedures. But I think his assistants needed more training to help him. They should be able to anticipate what he needs. They would hand him something and then leave or stand in the doorway and he kept having to call them back in .

Orthotics we’re a complete waste of money. They hurt my feet more than flip flops. I’m glad Dr. Baravarian could properly diagnose my plantar plate tear. Especially after seeing 3 other podiatrists who said it was a neuroma. Thank you

Excellent doctors and tech support persons. However the only suggestion would have been for receptionist to let me know as a new patient to come an hour before appointment to fill out online mandatory health questions .

Initial contact with the doctor was through but the follow up was lacking…my prescription never got taken care of. I had to ask several times for the lifts the doctor said I should use.

Everything was great. It would have been helpful to have a verbal notice that the office moved to a new location. I want alerted to it, so I didn’t focus on the address on the confirmation text and email.

My first visit with the doctor was disappointing for me. He spent more time typing then listening to me. Staff is friendly but hard to get a hold of on the phone. I was very pleased with the staff on my surgery day. Except when my sister called to pick me up after surgery no one would answer the phone. She had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone.
