Sometimes it feels as if Dr. Baravarian is quick to move on to the next patient and not fully listening. The "students' trailing him can be confusing, and he doesn't always introduce who is in the room.

I was only getting my orthotics refurbished. After a month, when I followed up to see when they would be done I was told someone had tried to leave me a message and they were ready. I had called the week before and been told they were not. I had no record of a message or a call.

The billing department could be improved. You demand payment up front even if your insurance pays for it , then it takes 4-5 months to be reimbursed and that is with multiple calls to billing. After finally being sent out a check, billing made a $380 check out to my 14 year old son(patient)instead of the parent who’s insured and paid. Asking for a credit card to be on file so you can charge it whenever you want, without any follow up email receipts comes off predatory. I have to take time out of my schedule to call billing to ask for a receipt. The setup seems backward, if I spend more time calling you to get explanations and my money reimbursed. Our doctor is great but the billing makes me have second thoughts about making future appointments.
