Previously, Dr. Baravarian treated me for an ankle ligament tear with stem cell injections. They were very successful. I am grateful and always recommend him to others.

For the more minor problem on this visit, his recommended treatment solved my problem.

The office staff is excellent.

UFAI IS AWESOME! Dr Johnson is very very kind, he is very conservative and I feel I was well cared for for my feet - bunions, injured and not well healed toes. He has a great insert for the support and I’m excited for my custom fit orthotics. My legs are not the same length so really, my whole body is misaligned and I keep falling and injuring myself. I will say I was just overall pleased and Jessica the office manager is the tops as well, very funny and kind!

Dr. Franson went above and beyond in his care and concern before my surgery and after surgery as well. He and his staff are always available and very professional. I recently sought a second opinion regarding my foot and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming environment at the doctor's office. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. During my consultation with Dr. Justin, he took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the situation with my foot, the treatments available, and why each option was necessary. He patiently answered all of my questions and even encouraged me to reach out if I had any further concerns. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this doctor.

One of my best experiences at a podiatry clinic EVER. The whole team was so professional, they addressed my concerns in a very friendly and caring manner. Most importantly, Dr. Bob explained the surgical process I would undergo very well. Maybe even more importantly, his straightforward and honest manner assured me that my ankle would recover and that I believed him when he told me that tennis would once again be in my future. And indeed, that is exactly what happened. I am now 16 weeks post-surgery, and thanks to them, I was back on the court this weekend. I am very excited about my tennis game once again and very thankful to Dr. Bob.

How the front desk staff treats you is a preview of how your visit will go. And even though they were very busy this Monday morning, the folks up front were nice. They promptly processed my paperwork and got me into a room within ten minutes. I met with Dr. Bob, who is super knowledgeable and quickly gets to the point, which I like a lot. Above all, he diagnosed my condition definitively after reviewing my MRI and examining my foot, something that two other doctors seemed unable to do. And he recommended a non-surgical approach, whereas the other two doctors I saw told me that they would have to get inside to figure out what was going on. How crazy is that? I highly recommend Dr. Bob and University Foot and Ankle Institute when you want real solutions to your foot issues.

From scheduling, check-in, visit, and procedure to payment - all went smoothly. The doctor and his assistant were amazing. I got my ingrown nail taken care of in one visit, which I am very happy about.
