Before coming to Dr. Justin Franson, my feet were very painful and it was hard to walk. He helped me so much.... I don't have pain in my feet anymore. I recommend him to anyone who has problems with their feet.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The only opportunity for improvement is my inability to reach out directly to the staff in the office over the phone. It was through an operator or another office which was little frustrating.

Dr. Franson improved my health in 2009. Surgery on my right foot for plantar fasciitis & nerve damage. 9 years later my foot is still doing well & exercising regularly on it; this after another foot Dr. suggested that I learn to live with the pain.

I appreciate all the attention to detail and the level of professionalism that went into my ankle replacement surgery. Both the surgeon (Dr. Franson) and his staff were great all the way through this process.

The office needs to be more on top of returning calls. MRI referrals, appointments, disability forms etc... Sabrina was awesome. She stayed on top of everything. other then the office staff not returning phone calls everything was great.

I was worried that Dr. Carter was young and the last one listed on the roster. At first I was uncomfortable with the thought that he might not have as much experience as the other doctors on the roster. But as I spoke to him I began to feel comfortable and decided to give him a chance. After all everyone in every industry is a novice at first. But I am still in the throes of completing this process of recovery. So we will see what happens.
