I was always happy to see Dr. Briskin and the staff are very nice. However,when I had my blood drawn I was very unhappy. It hurt like hell! The young lady won’t be drawing my blood again. PRP shot.

Dr. Briskin is an excellent doctor who is very caring. I like that he is working hard to get the movement back in my foot using the least invasive methods. I’m always seen quickly and his staff is professional and friendly.

I'm so grateful to find Dr. Bob and UFAI. The previous 6 doctors I consulted didn't believe that I've had hammer toes since age six and that my feet have hurt from my earliest memories. Dr. Bob showed respect both for me and my feet. 10 days after surgery my feet feel better than they have for previous several decades.

Every time a person first meets a patient they should introduce themselves and say what their role is in the treatment. “Hi, I’m Joe and I’ll be taking your x-rays today.” I have found I have to ask

Would be nice if I get the interpreter but I didn’t ask. Should have asking for it because I would understand more and can ask more questions. Write on the paper limit my thinking or expressing my feelings.

I had suffered with Morton's Neuroma for over 7 years. I tried cortisone shots, orthotic inserts, alcohol shots and these treatments took the edge off, but they were never permanent. The past 2 years, the cortisone shots didn't work at all. I had been to 4 foot doctors before finding Dr. Baravarian. I had read good reviews about him and decided to try a new foot doctor. After hearing my story, he told me to stop getting cortisone shots as they were doing more damage than good. He suggested surgically removing the neuroma as I was one of the cases that conservative measures were not going to provide pain relief.

I was concerned because I saw horror stories all over the internet of failed surgeries and of neuromas growing back. He assured me that his success rate was high and that if I happened to be one of the cases that it didn't work, he would come up with a course of action then. I drove him crazy with lots of emails, but he was always patient with me and responded quickly. I finally surrendered and decided to go forward with the surgery.

When the surgery was over, he told me that the neuroma was much larger than he had anticipated, in short: that thing had to go! My recovery has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. He prescribed physical therapy for the first 4 weeks post-surgery. His P.T. team is fabulous! They helped expedite my healing and taught me so much about what I can do at home to help speed healing.

I am at week 5 post surgery. I am wearing tennis shoes and riding my bike! The best part is, the neuroma pain and tingling is GONE! I never thought that the weird painful tingly feeling emanating from my right foot would be gone. I am still in the healing process, but I am optimistic that my neuroma nightmare is over. I highly recommend Dr. Baravarian for any foot issues. He and his team are awesome!

I was not supposed to be charged for the Jan pickup of my orthotics. (The appt to get my orthotics fitted/made was in Dec 2017.) Dr. Briskin specifically assured me of that. Yet my insurance was billed and paid out. At this juncture it’s fine, but if I ever receive a bill for what the insurance company did not cover I will have serious issues and will insist that that amount be cleared from the books.

The care Dr Baravarian and his team provided me was simply the best. His diagnosis, surgery and follow up have resulted in my feeling better and being able to be more active than I have been in 7 years. I can't thank them enough.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay extra money eventhough my copay is $70. They made me pay $300.00 which is not ok when I checked with my insurance. So it’s most likely that I won’t be back. I have been to 10 specialists on month of January and no one asked me to pay extra except your office.
