An 8 instead of a 10 on communication. only because ( and this is important), I wasn't shown the MRI results in the follow-up visit. Although Dr. Briskin did tell me i had a fracture in the injured area I should have asked for (when I did not receive one) a detailed explanation pf the screening results as I was being shown the slides(which I was not shown). This is not only expected as part of the follow-up visit, but is important to enable the patient to better understand the injury and necessary follow-up treatment and care. Otherwise, loved having Dr. Briskin and hhighly recommend him. This is a clinic setting, and doctors are forced to rush through an overbooked schedule.

I absolutely love Dr. Schwartz. He is straight to the point and has helped resolve my minor issues.
One thing I do not like is I received a bill and before I could even pay or a question about it my account was deducted the amount that was due. So I found that very concerning .
Other than that I recommend him to everybody

1. It is very important to let a patient know from the start just how much we can do to improve a condition by taking action and changing long term behaviors such as walking barefoot when at home vs wearing supportive footwear.

I truly cannot say enough about doctor briskin and his staff as well as his physical therapy department. from the care to Professionalism ,courtesy, Wealth of knowledge , You just know that you're in good hands and takin care of a feel safe. Thank you so much! I always tell all my friends at work that they should go see the foot name going set to 10 doctor briskin because we stand on our feet from 14 hours to 16 hours A-day and Everybody's always complaining about their feet and I with out hesitation tell them to go see doctor briskin!

I am elated that I was referred to Dr Franson by my pain management specialist. He is professional, courteous, considerate and easy to talk to. I appreciate that he doesn't take himself too seriously.
I give him big props for running his appointments on time. However, if you need more time you'll never feel rushed.
The staff are like the cherry on top. I like them very much.

Why have been seen doctor briskin for years. His office is incredibly professional he is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.. With the bedside manner that I wish all doctors had! I said in another review that whenever I go there I always know I am respected and well taken care of and safe. O soul the physical therapy department at the foot and ankle institute is wonderful everybody in there is amazing and I just can't say enough about it I work in the movie industry we spend 14 hours to 16 hours A-day on our feet and I tell everybody to go see doctor brisk and whoever's having foot problems and they all thank me!

I asked how to access my account and was ignored. The doctor seemed to have a personal vendetta against Skechers rather than good suggestions to help me with my foot pain. I have moved on to a different UCLA DPM.
