I just wanted to say that, since day one I have been treated very well! from the day I made my reservation with Fabiola and Nancy the impression and feeling I got was pleasant! The inside Doctor's staff have taking care of my needs. Doctor Briskins has taking care of me from day one and I felt the connection as a patient when he took care of my foot and they all kept me well informed about the process of my surgery and recovery and continue to follow up with my therapy. I have nothing but great reviews for the Doc's Team! I highly commend this office team for great customer and patient service. with that in mind, please don't forget to celebrate them. I always have to wait a long time from the time I arrive to the time I am taking into the exam room and then more time before the first person comes in which usually isn't the doctor. Then when I meet with the first person I feel like they are there to buy time till the doctor comes in. At the end of the day Dr. Bob does do a good job but I feel he sometimes has a quick diagnosis before I have even finished describing all my symptoms.

I was a bit disappointed with the prep communication as I wasn't told that I needed to see my primary care physician for a surgical release until 3 days prior to my surgery. It seems that this should have been communicated to me about a month out. I looked through emails and found nothing in writing as a reminder. I will acknowledge that she might have told me verbally in April (4 months earlier), at which time I had just seen the doctor and had recent blood work.

Dr Franson is an answer to my prayers. I switched from a different surgeon and health insurance plan so that he could do my surgery. He is up to date on the latest research. He is available to his patients. I have felt so confident in my treatment plan with him as my doctor. I will recommend him specifically to everyone I know.

Dr. was very concerned about my well being. I like the dr. a lot . He is pleasant, considerate, jovial, sense of humor, and give you a sense of being interested in what your doing with your health, and your life in general.
