I am very happy with the care, the front desk staff are helpful,the xray and CT technicians are great, Dr Baravarian is patient and explains everything i ask to be explained. My only repeated annoyance has been with Maria. If i request records and give her an authorization, i don't receive them. If i email her questions, i don't get any reply. When i asked for a temporary disabled placard, she let me leave without the application. If i bring anything up to her, I'm dismissed. When i wait at the desk to schedule other appointments, she ignores me until i ask "do i rebook with you?" When i need anything that requires authorization from my lawyer, she says she will call me once it is received, but i have to call and schedule myself, even when the authorization had been received, even up to a week after it was received. But if i voice my troubles with her to another staff member, she responds quickly.

Dr. Baravarian is simply a miracle worker! The prognosis last year was 50% that our 90 yo father would lose his lower limb at Kaiser's Wound Care Clinic. Under Dr. Baravarian's skilled, exceptional care, Dad's been standing for ever longer periods each day and beginning to take steps again in the last 3 months. Have been asked for the name of the miracle worker several times now. Never pass up the opportunity to pass along how terrific Dr. Baravarian and everyone at the UFAI has been from Day 1. I had a good experience. The only reason I didn't give a 10 for the doctor's care and communication is that I didn't feel like he took my concern seriously. I don't mean that he was rude or dismissive, quite the contrary, he was very pleasant. I just would have liked some more information about options for dealing with my issue as opposed to being told, well, that's just the way it is.

Dr.Briskin and the stafff are great! I love my new orthotics although I trimmed the tops of them too short to fit into some other shoes and an going to try to glue back what I trimmed. Will call the office to see if they can help me fix three!
