Dr. Sircar helped me in a prompt and professional way. He is also friendly and personable.I was miserable before, in pain and unable to walk. Within a week, I was feeling like my old self again. I can only recommend Dr. Sircar.

I mentioned I was experiencing pain in my foot to the technician who takes out my stitches. I noted that the pain was specific to my third toe & that I noticed bleeding from underneath the bandages. The technician said the doctor would probably look at it.

The doctor came into the exam room, noted my X-rays looked good, asked if I was experiencing any pain. I replied yes. He expressed surprise & after looking at my foot, he rebandaged it. The doctor told me I could now wash my foot, showed me how to wrap my toes & sent me on my way.

I went home still experiencing pain & the next day decided to examine my foot now that I was allowed to clean my foot & wrap it myself. I discovered a large bloody ulcer at the base of toe #3 between toes 3 and 4. I decided to wash the ulcer daily with hydrogen peroxide and apply neosporin and a bandaid before re-wrapping my foot. 3 weeks later it is still not fully healed and I will ask the doctor to look at this

Been going to Dr. Kelman since 2000. Have also seen his partner Dr. Feldman on a couple of occasions. Would NEVER even think of going elsewhere. Have already referred friends to this office in Westlake Village, CA.

I came to the office because I was in an accident. I was a little apprehensive, because it was my first time there, but Dr. Kelman put me at ease immediately. Dr. Kelman and the staff were wonderful I would recommend them to everyone I know.

University Foot and Ankle is very fortunate to have Dr. Kelman. He is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. His staff goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, at the Simi office there was no consistency. This is a much better facility.

Dr. Feldman is the only podiatrist I will recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Feldman and I have referred several family members to him as well.
His knowledge, ability to explain all issues pertaining to foot injuries/conditions, and professionalism are the primary reasons I return to Dr. Feldman.
