Follow up regarding my insurance approval took close to 3 weeks over what was anticipated. Would have appreciated a follow up not prompted by my call to let me know the referral hasn’t come in within the week as expected. Overall everything was great. Will be going back for a procedure

I appreciated Dr. Briskin's knowledge of my condition. I have been to several other podiatrists, and none of them were able to diagnose what was wrong with my foot. Although I am not looking forward to the remedy, which will require a surgery, I am glad I found your practice and that you are able to take care of it.

Doc said I was “fine” but I qualified for bunion study. Confused, Tried to ask about exercises & was told one I demoed was “for arch.” Well ok I think I have flat feet, so should I do it? Are ther other exercise I could do?

The nurse is very informative & pleasant but the visits with the doctor are very brief. I mentioned ankle pain to him once, but was ignored.
Generally a good experience with the exception of the 1st time I was injected.
Apparently the device was wired incorrectly so they had to re-insert the needle which was very painful. Seemed the doctor was confused as to how the mistake happened or was trying to point blame on the nurse which was a little uncomfortable… why didn't he know exactly how it was to be wired?

I adore Dr Franson. I only wish that we could find the secondary problem and fix it, once and for all!
Suzanne, Jennifer, Krystal and Noemmy are wonderful and I love them. I also think the world of Jen and the others at the front desk.

I had a great experience booking my appointment and during by in-person appointment and will recommend the facility to anyone I meet.

I did however, have some issues when it came to asking questions about and being routed to different people in the office about my health insurance coverage and costs of the visit and any orthotics. I got multiple different answers which left me quite unsettled about the visit. I still do not know which of the answers will play out in the end. I am hopeful it will be a good one but with so many different responses from different people in the office I do not know which one it will actually be.

On my recent visit, I had my steristrips removed, and the Dr spent some time answering questions that I needed explained, since I had no literature explaining what at home care I needed to do. The only thing I can think that needs to be addressed was, no one came in to clean the incision and I was left in the room needing assistance to get my boot back on.
The staff is very plesent and Dr Franson has a great bedside manner.
