We were very impressed with Dr. Sircar's quick diagnosis and his recommendations for treatment, which resolved the problem. He was very kind and encouraging, and friendly. We appreciate his expertise and his care.

I didn’t like dr. Bavarian attitude, he was late 40 min. And hardly talked to me for one min.
But I did liked dr. Briskin , which gave me a lot of time and explained me the problem with my foot, he was wonderful

Dr. Briskin and his staff are top notch. He believed that something was STILL wrong with my broken foot when no one else would. Everyone from Dr. Briskin, to the receptionist make you feel important and heard. Can not recommend them enough.

And the physical therapists across the hall literally helped me walk pain free again. Gray and his magic hands are AMAZING. Both Gray and Tamra especially are the kindest and talented physical therapists EVER. They are personally invested in your recovery. Would absolutely recommend them over and over. I am actually a little sad that I am recovered enough to not have to see them anymore.

I can never thank them all enough.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Franson and the staff at University Foot & Ankle. I've been going for treatment and check ups over the last 5 months and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

My first appointment went great. Glad I followed through with making an appointment and going in. My experience with other podiatrist and their staff have been awful. Glad I experienced what real care is for my foot.

The Staff at UFAI when you walk in is always nice, friendly, and ready to help you no matter what your needs are
There is no question the Dr. Justin Franson is by far one of the most caring, professionals in his field✅He is not only through, but is not only concerned about your FEET...but how YOU are doing as a patient❤️ I have had several of his assistanct’s but until Lexi I never really felt like someone really knew what they were doing AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS ASKING when I was having my nails cuts...which as a type 11 diabetic it is very important to do it correctly. While Lexi is still in school...Which I NEVER WOULD HAVE GUESSED BY HER PROFSSIONAL MANNER. I would have thought she been doing this for at least 3 years!

The office process of pre-registering online needs to be improved greatly. I filled out the requested information, and on my first visit, was asked to do it again by hand. The front office needs to be more personable, especially in asking for payment before any services were rendered.

I looked back at my patient portal and saw a lot of words/disagnosis I didn’t hear in the room. Would be nice to hear the doctor explain those things instead of reading about them later on the portal (and googling what they mean).
