    I would recommend Dr. Franson to anyone with a foot/ankle problem. He is attentive, and truly concerned about his patients. He is friendly and professional and will supply different options and treatments to suit your particular circumstance. He takes time to listen to your questions and concerns and I never feel like he’s rushed to see the next patient. His office staff is also attentive and friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, which is a rarity these days. He is the only foot doctor I will go to.

    Would that all my doctors were like Dr, Feldman. Knows his stuff cold, but more importantly, he's relaxed and funny. Which means he talks to you like a person rather than a "doctor" (sorry, but you know this cliché is a cliché for a reason)

    I really have been happy with my care with Dr Jafary. I have only had one therapy app and it was okay. Because it was the first one I really expected a bit more time to discuss things. I still have NO IDEA how long I should be expecting the therapy and or what I should be expecting to happen as I go Thur it. I will wait to truly understand how things will work after a few more.....but I believe the first one should be more personal and time consuming with questions and answers with the professional. After that, it an be business as usual. I had therapy on my shoulder about 7 years ago and my first appt was like that.....time spent on what was going to happen, what my job was, things I need to know about pain, what to do if there are problems, etc. I was disappointed, although Suzanne is quite a lovely person. If given a choice, I might have gone elsewhere.

    Dr. Feldman was able to assess my stress fractures right away and had me on my way to healing! The office staff was friendly and I had no trouble parking. The wait was less than five minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Feldman at University Foot and Ankle.

    I love EVERYTHING about my experience IN the Valencia office.

    The concern is when I call for an appointment, I am not greeted or treated with the same kindness, professionalism and care that I receive from the Valencia office. I have, on more than a few occasions, called to make an appointment or ask a question and it feels like I am bothering the person on the phone and she is just short or maybe not.. of being rude. CONSISTENTLY. I wish the calls were answered by the office like they used to be. I would HATE for anyone to think the person answering the phone is located at such a wonderful place. If one doesn't like to answer the phone, maybe they shouldn't? I am afraid it will lose patients and wouldn't be surprised if it already has.
