The office staff made me feel less than because I have an HMO insurance and Dr was a second opinion only payment . I should have the same respect and care as a PPO patient

I was surprised that I had to pay for 1 for sleeve at 6 dollars when I could have bought it for so much cheaper at my drugstore. Otherwise by visit was very pleasant.

All the Physicians and staff are caring and compassionate AND INTERESTED in the patients. The callus pain I had was taken care of with the fixing the shoe insert. Now I do not have pain. Next time the right insert may need to be fixed also. No pain there yet. Thank you. Hannah
