On my last visit, just the same as all my other visit, I was more than completely satisfied with the care I was given.
Dr. Franson and his entire staff have always treated me
in both a friendly and professional manner. They are knowledgable, intelligent, capable, kind, sincere, helpful and the best of the best.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Felt my time with Dr. Carter was customized and personal to me - it didn't feel rushed or part of a finely tuned system to get me from Point A to Point B in an exact time. Would also fully trust Dr. Carter to perform any required surgery.

I have all good things to say about University Foot and Ankle Institute. The staff is courteous w professional with a very positive attitude. I have not had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I especially am impressed with the Physical Therapy Staff; they are the best team of experts I have ever experienced in th medical field.
