The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are professional and friendly. Most importantly, I know I am receiving top notch care. This is the fourth podiatrist I have been to (over many years), and without a doubt Dr. Franson is by far the best!

Dr. Briskin and his team are excellent. Kind, patient and professional. I was afraid it would hurt, but Dr. Briskin kept my focus elsewhere and before I knew it, I was done and back in the car heading home.

I was very happy with the staff and the Doctor. I found the Doctor on the internet and sent a request for a consult through the website, I was contacted the following day and had an appointment the same week. I couldn't ask for better service. I ended up having minor surgery which was also scheduled within a couple weeks from my first visit with the Dr. The staff is great. Felt I was well taken care of, but not given enough information on the first business. For instance, I did not know there was an air valve on the boot, or how to properly use the boot, for at least a week. And I learned through trial and error, reading on the internet and asking friends. Same with massage, salves, exercises, etc.

Wonderful - I have always had the best care from Dr. Franson. When I first went to him I could hardly walk for the pain in my feet - I am so happy to say that I have very little to no pain now. Thank you Dr. Franson!!!!

Doctor's care was very good, although not on time (understandable since returning from vacation). "Support person" was good, but could be a little more thorough and systematic (thinking of things that would benefit the patient rather than have patient think of them). Staff support upon arriving and making next appointment was excellent.
