I was happy with the care and diagnosis. The insurance part seemed to take time at the appointment. Not sure why that was not done in advance.

I since learned that I was hyper-thyroid and that may have contributed to my bursitis in my heel.

Had to call for a prescription for my iontophoresis medication. Would have been nice to be given that at the time of my visits

My PCP did not diagnose my problem effectively. Dr. Franson diagnosed and, although I had to make another appointment (due to insurance referral), after the second visit I had immediate relief and my foot has been fantastic ever since.

The staff at the office was sweet and listened to every concern and questions I had. Tami mad eme very comfortable with renting the jusgo scooter. Jennifer was so sweet and attentive to any doctors notes I may have needed.

Great - got a shot for Morton's Neuroma, pain free in a week.
Dr. Kelman also recommended a wider shoes and gave me a list of shoes he felt would work well for me. I bought three pairs of shoes and can't believe how great my feet feel.

Much like every time I have gone in, I felt taken care of. The staff is friendly, the reception area is comfortable, and I never felt even a little uncomfortable. Everyone who I’ve talked to who have gone to UFAI agrees with me.

Very relieved to have my pain immediately end after Dr. Franson did a procedure on my foot. I couldn't walk without pain when I arrived at the office. He always knows exactly what to do for me. Thank you Dr. Franson.

Dr Franson is a competent surgeon. I didn’t experience anxiety or nervousness because I felt comfortable with the surgeon’s skill and experience. This was my second surgery with Dr Franson. The first surgery (for my right foot about 11 years ago) went smoothly and healed quickly. I expect the same recovery with my recent surgery on my left foot. Everyone was so helpful and kind the day of my surgery.
