I had a balance which I was not aware of. It was small, less than $20, but I only see my podiatrist 1x/year. When I asked why a bill was not sent, the response was they do not bill. I would encourage you to send bills for any outstanding portions.

Would have liked to be introduced to the other doctor (assistant? intern?) who came into the room with Dr Briskin. It was all very fast -- not quite rushed -- and it was weird not to have him acknowledged or introduced.

Overall pretty good. I would recommend that the front staff acknowledge pt when they come up to the window. I understand they are busy however if your too busy to greet pt, maybe you shouldn't be at the front desk.

I feel very fortunate to have found dr baravarian in my research to find the best foot doctor on the west coast. Dr baravarian has made me feel very hopeful that he can get my foot back to normal. The staff is excellent, friendly and very competent. Look forward to my appointment on October 3! Thank you ronald Whisenhunt
