I think you should have an individual phone line for your office here I think it's very difficult to get through when it has to go through another office far away but your staff is very nice and your doctor is fantastic the only problem was it that when I ordered the Orthotics it took four and a half weeks to get it and I've had other experiences that it only took two two and a half and I was really needing them sooner cuz my feet were really bad but the quality of my orthotics are fantastic so all-in-all I would give you a score of 8 + and I would definitely recommend you

The “Bunion Study” staff appeared unable to effectively communicate requisite information. Excuses and faulty reasoning always followed, and therefore what could have been a pleasure, was compromised.

From office visits to my foot surgery, Dr. Feldman and his staff (Merci, Yvette, LeeAnn) instill the utmost confidence in me. They greet me, explain everything, and Dr. Feldman spends whatever time necessary to be sure I understand and am 100% on board with any treatment.

Dr Saeedi is an exceptional physician. He communicated very well with me, explaining and answering all my questions completely. His treatment is A++++!
The staff, Jessica and Erica, are awesome. They are professional, polite and very friendly. A great experience.

Dr. Franson is warm and friendly without being sentimental; he took his time reading my MRI film and discovered an additional injury, and was able to calmly explain it and the surgery required to repair it. He spoke to me just before the surgery and then called me at home later that night to make sure I was ok. Two acquaintances spoke very highly about Dr. Franson and I understand why.

I went to several podiatrist before I found Dr Franson. I’m very picky about drs and by far he is one of the best! He takes the time to really figure out what’s going on and then makes a strategy to fix it. The people in his office are very personable and get to know each patient. Would highly recommend this practice!!

Everyone at the Valencia location was awesome!! My concern is that I don’t think the credit card authorization form I completed was not handed in a secure manner as there was fraudulent activity on this account shortly after my visits, and the only time I’ve used this card in the last 4 months was for these visits
