I have seen the doctor three times. I thought the staff were excellent--attentive, informative, knowledgeable. The doctor seemed hurried and did not fully explain what I could expect as the result of my treatment. I did not feel he was listening fully to my concerns. I felt more dismissed than reassured. Also, the automated appointment reminder needs work. When leaving a message, it gives the appointment date/time right at the beginning before the phone actually starts recording. It would be helpful to repeat the appointment date/time at the end.

The only negative, and very minor, is the telephone reminder setup. One has to listen to the entire message before having the option to respond. That's a lot of waiting when hearing the same message 3 times for each appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Briskin for a few years now. He is great. I get calluses on my feet so he scrapes them off. I will have to go back soon because the pain is back already. But it is hard to pay $125 every time I go in, so I take my pain as long as I can, but it is very uncomfortable.
