Another Doctor came in the room and eventually Dr.Briskin came with a few others. Dr. Briskin was his usual friendly self and chatted with me. I was certainly glad to see him but disappointed that he never worked on the wart that had been bothering me for a LONG TIME. The other Dr. was nice but I came there because of Dr. Briskin.

Satisfied! Appreciate the Dr.s knowledge, and thoroughness. My issue had to be fixed thru process of changing shoe size. Stretching foot.muscles. separation of toes, and injection. I was pleased, and happy with results.

It turns out that I do need foot surgery, but was always afraid to have it done. I’ve heard and read how bunioneictomies were done and opted to just deal with the foot pain. Dr. Jafary explained how the surgery is done now and how it would be an easy fix in that my feet were not as bad as I thought. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. As soon as I’m able I’ll have it done now without being afraid.

I have respect for the doctor and his fellows, and appreciate the input. I feel, so far, that I was properly diagnosed, and that I was given accurate information about how to proceed going forward. Thank you.

The very first appoint I had, the young woman at the desk didn't have the knowledge about my Scan insurance and told me that I needed much more paperwork than I actually did. She treated me like I was trying to scam her. I told her the actual situation about my coverage, which was actually correct. She left me standing at the desk. When she came back she said there was nothing she could do without a recommendation from my primary care specialist, which turned out not to be incorrect. I had to go back home after making special arrangements to get there. I called my insurance who reassured me my information was accurate. When I called to make another appointment the gentleman understood the foulup and rescheduled me, making sure I didn't get turned away unnecessarily once again.
