Patient Reviews of University Foot and Ankle Institute

I know that Dr. B is an excellent Doc, but the reason I did not give a 10 is because he has so many patients that I feel like his time with me is too short. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable, but he is always in a rush. I often have questions that arise out of the visit, but several times, when I have thought of these, he is on his way out to see another patient and I feel as if I need to cut my conversation short. I have left the office more than once without all the information I needed. That is not my ideal model for medical care.

Instructions for future care of my foot isn’t always clear when I leave the office. Dr. Feldman gives a lot of his time to explain the circumstance but specific/written direction for home care would be helpful.

Between the orthotics (worn) and prescribed by Dr Baravarian, and the PT with Grey and Lydia at University Foot and Ankle, my foot feels great and the pain is gone . Thank you so much !!

Although the quality of care and surgery itself was flawless, there was a noticeable lack of after-care communication and the expectation of recovery time was greatly minimized. I recommend that after surgery (no matter how small of a procedure) there should be a standard after-care hand out to the patient so that they would have a realistic expectation of recovery and some sort of a communication line as to who/when to call if any issues.
