The foot MRI in Santa Monica was a GODSEND for claustrophobics like me!! Everyone in Sta.Monica AND Sherman Oaks(I was at both locations)was kind and so excellent. I plan to have foot surgery with them in the fall, and I know that will have a great outcome, too. Thanks to Alex, Dr. Adloo, and Dr. Baravarian for their many kindnesses!

I tried to reschedule my follow up appointment and I was told it would be over 1 month for an opening. Is the office that busy that I have to wait 1 month for the next available opening? So, I cancelled the appointment. Is this office too busy? Looks like it.

Dr Franson and his immediate staff are still the best. Unfortunately, your main call center is not up to par with Dr Franson and his office. It’s difficult to understand the person that answered the phone, she was not helpful in getting me to speak to one of the people in the office, And it’s not a good representation of who Dr Franson in his office is

I have been coming here for years and usually see Dr. Gary Briskin. He wasn't available, so I saw Dr. Hoda Naei for an ankle issue. She is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, caring, explains everything in detail and provides exceptional patient care. Her medical assistant Erica was wonderful as well!

Very happy. When the office found out my insurance was not in network they totally worked with me to pay them. I was frustrated that after 3 weeks I still hadn’t heard back about my PT referral status. And I did sit in a room for over 30 minutes before being seen without any indication it might take that long when I went for my 2nd appointment. That said, the staff and doctors are great.
