The staff at the front and back office were very professional, courteous and friendly. Dr.Feldman was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He is an excellent Podiatrist. I will definitely go back .

I really like the South Bay staff. They are friendly and helpful.
I did have a communication problem about my account. I feel like this is because when you call you get the office in Manhattan Beach. Because they do not seem to know what the office in South Bay is doing? This causes communication gaps.

I highly recommend Dr Fransen and his office. He fixed a foot problem years ago and now I am back for a new foot issue and I am confident will be able to help me again. Everything is explained and he is open and honest with all options.

The doctor, although very knowledgeable, seemed rushed and I did not have the time to ask him many of the questions I had written down. I paid $135 out of pocket and drove down from Sacramento to see him as his resume was impressive and I was looking for an expert in the field of plantar fasciitis. It would have been nice to have at least 20 minutes with him. As it was, I barely had 5 minutes. Hopefully when I see him again, I will have more time. I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback. Thank you.

The receptionist was not very welcoming but other than that, a good experience. I also was told by the doc I needed physical therapy but never received the prescription for it. I had to follow-up post visit.
