Patient Reviews of University Foot and Ankle Institute

University Foot and Ankle, and Dr Baravarian in particular, are great. But please, this reviewing every appt....it's really too much.
And you'll have to forgive me, but...every medical practice doing the same is too much to begin with.
But now? All kinds of businesses want my review after I've been there, for any reason, at any time.
I mean, CVS for instance. I get it, that after using their pharmacy, they want to be sure things are going right. But after any instance that I've been in CVS? I was in CVS to buy a package of toilet paper, and I got a request for review...
So, back to UFA...I've been a patient there for 25 years. And I've further brought in all the members of my family and over the years they've become regular, return patients. We have never gone to other podiatrists. Why would we? We love these guys.

I go to UFAI every 4-6 weeks for routine maintain. Each and every single time I am greeted by Medical Assistant, Erica A, who goes above and beyond to ensure safety, comfortability, and a one on one personal experience that I had never received from another MA before. She is truly a delight to this office and makes patients feel welcomed. I wanted to write a review to thank and praise her for all of her hard work dedicated to this office!

All of the staff and doctors were very helpful and informative. Scheduling surgery could not have been easier it was a seamless process. Visiting the office during Covid, their procedures were top notch. I felt safe and secure before, during and after my office visit.
