Jessica is amazing.
The new gal (name?) who assists Dr. Johnson with patient care leaves a little to be desired. I can't quite put it into words. It's a "feeling". In all honesty, this is Toni's daughter, Christine (daughter and POA) completing this form. Also, it's been quite some time since the appointments. The fact that it's a memory that's stayed with me, I believe, is significant. Therefore, take this with a grain of salt. Dr. Johnson is phenomenal. His patient knowledge and patient care are tremendous. Perhaps, he could guide/mentor his medical support staff to adapt his techniques.

Dr.Franson has really tired hard to fix my toe. He’s caring, and he’s a good Doctor. He listens to your concerns and makes his best judgement call. His staff did not contact me back when I needed them to but the Doctor rectified it., I not only would recommend him but I have with a 5 star on Yelp.

My Dr Justin Franson is great he is a wonderful Dr… gentle, professional and is the second surgery he did on me … absolutely amazing his care is great … I will recommend him and the UFAI with great respect… thank so much…

Dr. Franson is a caring and thoughtful Doctor. He listens to your concerns and uses his best judgement to try and help you. He includes you in the decisions on how to proceed. I’m a tough case. I had an in grown toenail and am trying to get rid of an infection. You aren’t a number to him but rather a patient that he wants to make whole.
I trust him.

The Dr & staff experience was great. Your phone system is absolutely horrible; you have to be loosing customers. This is not the place to be trying to save money. As a former business owner, I would fire/replace whoever in upper management that is making communication decisions.

I felt ok about my recent experience with UFAI. Mine was a very minor situation. Maybe it’s just me, but I always think a Dr should do some type of examining before treating. He was very friendly, as was the entire staff, I just felt that there could’ve been a little exam before he went straight to the scraping process of removing the callous (prob not the appropriate description of what was actually done).
Other than that, my situation is taken care of…and that’s what I wanted.

I always have a great experience when I come there.
The only thing I’m having problem with is getting the bone stimulator for my foot fracture. They’ve been trying since July 8 and here we are at August 8 and still nothing.

This was the most awesome easy experience I have ever had. Top Notch staff and Dr Franson is a genius and no pain!! Back to work in a few days and no more pain. The best experience any could ever ask for!!!

I saw Dr. Baravarian after rupturing my left Achilles tendon (at the age of 74). He recommended surgery, for reasons that he carefully explained, and performed the operation four weeks ago. The surgery was completely successful, and in a couple of weeks I will progress from a non-weight-bearing cast to a walking boot. Dr. Baravarian is a highly skilled surgeon and, just as important, a kind and patient doctor who has been attentive to all my questions and concerns. I am deeply grateful to him, and to all his staff (including Dr. Kwon, Adrian, and the friendly ladies at the front desk), for his expert care throughout this challenging process, and I look forward confidently to a full recovery in a few months.

I need to make an appointment for my left foot and ankle. The sciatica in my left leg is causing me so much pain in my foot and ankle. I’ll be calling you this week for sure. Thanks for everything you did to take care of my right ankle. It’s feeling great!

The entire office is well organized. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The front office staff acknowledges you and is very friendly. The back office staff is also well organized, very friendly and very professional. They answer all questions and work hard to make the patient comfortable.

Dr. F is outstanding and always takes the time to explain procedures and possible outcomes.

I was referred to Dr. F by a runner and I’m truly grateful. I would never hesitate to refer a patient to this office.
