So far it’s fine. Not amazing as relates fo surgery scheduling. The staff is nice it’s just that it takes days for follow-up, multiple messages etc. from an Oct appt the surgery is 12/10, after delays and rescheduling. Frustrating.

Only concern is about finances. I met my annual deductible via insurance, but there were still additional charges. I believe I was supposed to get refunded the charges, but not sure if it was. Other than that, great place from medical and treatment perspective.

Somehow I waited my insoles ordered since March to September and I find out it was never requested…
I contacted with my company and set up everything and called send email and didn’t get any responds…
Finally I make a appointment with Dr Barabian and explained him what’s going on and finally very things set up…
I understand everyone makes mistakes than I went fallow up visit and she has to same mean additute I asked him why you are mean to me what I did to you ??? I apologize for what ever I did but this should be end…
Anyway I don’t know maybe I’m unlucky patient and come across to her when she has bad time…
I never think about say anything because I know we all need job and have family to take care of it…
You guys ask I tell…
I hope I’m the only one who has the misunderstanding or getting her mean side and she doesn’t make your company looks bad for others…

Dr. Baravarian was not only very diligent about my procedure (cryo-ablation), and when he received email from me that it did not work, he engaged in multiple emails on a Sunday to discuss alternative next steps and converged into what he thought was the best step -- neuroma excision surgery. He offered to perform it whenever I was ready. My overall confidence in his capability is very good, matched what I've seen on the UFAI website. I'll most likely take this next step although I'm a bit far away, in Santa Barbara. The staff at UFAI is similarly excellent, which is very important because they represent the patient's interface to UFAI. Please continue to do all this great work!

Great X-ray facility. Assistants are knowledgeable. They need to improve their billing system. Not happy with texted receipt for payment of needed equipment. Not printable. I was then billed for same equipment even though I had already paid for it.

The doctor was great. However, I had a question about the doctor’s instructions after I got home. Calling the office was a disaster. I was transferred to call center after call center. The office never answered. Even tho I was just there and the office was there. The did not answer. The call center took a message. I got a call 4 days later. I probably would not go back again just because I think it’s important for the office to answer there phones and not sub out to a call center.
