Also called Freiberg’s Infraction, this painful condition often affects young athletes, causing tiny metatarsal breaks and bone collapse.
This condition occurs when an extra piece of bone material forms above the arch on the inside of the foot. It's often unnoticed until there's pain or irritation in the area.
